Coffee/Moroccan/ Cooking Rub
An amazing combination of Coffee,roasted black sesame seeds ,thyme,oregano,sumac,sea salt and black pepper
Have your coffee and eat it too!
Here’s what to do:
- Place peeled and chopped vegetables in a plastic kitchen bag
- Add 50 ml of Olive Oil and 6 heaped teaspoons of your Vegetable Spice/Coffee Rub
- Seal the bag and shake vigorously for a few minutes to completely cover the vegetables before baking.
All the spice and coffee blends work equally well when added to your favourite casserole recipe.
6 teaspoons for 500g of protein will work well for lovely pure and natural flavours.
Pure salt and premium Vietnamese pepper have been added to the blends; however, you may choose to add a little more salt to your taste.
