Coffee/Spice/Vegetable Cooking Rub
An amazing combination of Coffee, Fennel, Cumin, Paprika, Thyme, Parsley, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Coriander, Cinnamon, & Turmeric.
Have your coffee and eat it too!
Here’s what to do:
  1. Place peeled and chopped vegetables in a plastic kitchen bag
  2. Add 50 ml of Olive Oil and 6 heaped teaspoons of your Vegetable Spice/Coffee Rub
  3. Seal the bag and shake vigorously for a few minutes to completely cover the vegetables before baking.
All the spice and coffee blends work equally well when added to your favourite casserole recipe.

6 teaspoons for 500g of protein will work well for lovely pure and natural flavours.

Pure salt and premium Vietnamese pepper have been added to the blends; however, you may choose to add a little more salt to your taste.

Review : Wow. I was given a surprisingly fantastic Christmas present of these coffee spiced rubs which I used on butternut pumpkin, carrots, big chunky cut Zuc’s and Spanish Onions with full garlic cloves roasting away in the old Electric Frypan. Added in a handful of Swiss browns for last 20min and the flavour carried over. Cant wait to get some more and this time I’m not waiting for company. Thanks Andrew. Loved it.

Review : We purchased 3 different rubs from Andrew and have just tried them out. We used the veggie rub to spice up popcorn in a double corn salad. Delicious! Something a little bit different.
